This unit is about how culture effects the geography of the world. Each individual's culture can effect the way they act, how they feel, the choices they make, the places they live in, the things that they do and much more. If you put different types of cultures on the map no corner of the world would be untouched except maybe Antarctica which is mostly uninhabited anyway. The unit was broken down into four major sub-chapters that cover different ways of how culture effects human geography.
Without culture the world would not only be but look much different. Most countries have a major ethnicity, religion, and language and at the same time, within these countries are both popular and folk cultures. These are the things that help build and shape cultures which in turn shape the world.
